Keep your staff engaged to keep them safe

We sometimes come across a customer whose users have disengaged from their safety solution. They no longer trust it and stop using it. Why does this happen? Here’s what we’ve found: 

  • They never had training or didn’t have materials made available so they don’t know what it can do 
  • They haven’t gotten across updates to features in the product 
  • They experienced an issue but didn’t raise it with our support team but made assumptions about it being an issue with the actual hardware or software 
  • They had a less than perfect experience with our monitoring station or our team, were disappointed, but didn’t let us know 

Ultimately, we want your staff to be safe and use the solution, and for that, they need to know how to use it with confidence. And we need to know if you have any issues or concerns—we’ve got 24/7 support and a track record of solving all of the above problems once they’re raised with us.
