- They never had training or didn’t have materials made available so they don’t know what it can do
- They haven’t gotten across updates to features in the product
- They experienced an issue but didn’t raise it with our support team but made assumptions about it being an issue with the actual hardware or software
- They had a less than perfect experience with our monitoring station or our team, were disappointed, but didn’t let us know
