Malcolm Paul is a values-driven senior technology executive with over 30 years of experience driving digital transformation and cloud innovation across New Zealand and internationally. Malcolm specializes in developing and implementing strategic technology solutions, with particular expertise in Azure cloud adoption, application modernization, technology governance and strategy development.
Malcolm’s expertise spans cloud strategy, digital transformation, complex programme management, and enterprise architecture. He has successfully delivered technology strategies for organizations ranging from financial services and banking to agriculture and energy sectors, consistently aligning IT initiatives with business objectives while managing multi-million dollar budgets.
A Member of the Institute of Directors (MInstD) and graduate of the New Zealand Institute of Leadership, Malcolm holds a B.Sc. Honours degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Edinburgh. He is known for his ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions and for building teams that deliver results through strategic thinking, clear communication, and effective stakeholder engagement.
