If you have cell-based duress devices, maybe you have staff who would like to feel safer walking back to their car after a night out or similar.
Talk to your staff about being able to use the safety devices for personal safety over the holidays. Just remember to mention that we will be calling the contacts set up in our response instructions if there was an event as we can’t change these “ad hoc”.
The monitoring is 24/7 so you might like to extend the safety to personal use, and we know from experience that this is a nice culture boost.
