The Guardian Angel Portal (GAP) is a critical feature of the solution. GAP recognises that one size does not fit all, particularly when it comes to escalation instructions. This flexibility has allowed us to design a risk specific escalation process that is timely, accurate and robust. We can also utilise personal level escalation, this has saved a tremendous amount of time for both the Health and Safety Team and end user.
